13.56 mHz RFID reader USB ISO 14443A RFID PCB Reader Writer HF 13.56MHz Support NFC RFID portable reader

As the global economy becomes more digital by the day, businesses have turned to automation to improve operational efficiency and meet consumer demands. They require a system that can effectively respond to rapid changes in the digital world and that has long proven to be RFID-based solutions.

Considered an automatic wireless recognition technology, RFID utilises electromagnetic waves to obtain and store data, provide relevant information in real-time, and automate transactions. As RFID does not require line-of-sight to operate, it has been popularly used for warehouse tracking systems. Nonetheless, RFID has numerous applications that can be customised to fit the diverse needs of every business. Whether your business requires a secure identification software or is looking to automate its processes, RFID can provide the perfect solution for your business.

The RFID PCB Reader Writer is a 13.56MHz which read ID card reader. When using, you can freely insert (plug and play), without external power supply, it does not need to load any driver, it can read the serial number in the RFID card and output to the computer through the data interface, which is equivalent to the automatic keyboard input .

About RFID and NFC:

1. The reader/writer and tag in RFID can be a one-to-many relationship (the low-frequency and high-frequency ISO14443 is one-to-one), while NFC is a one-to-one relationship.

2. In terms of frequency, RFID has multiple working frequencies such as low frequency, high frequency and ultra-high frequency, while NFC only works in 13.56Hz single high frequency spectrum.

3. The communication distance is also very different. NFC is much shorter than RFID. RFID can reach tens of meters, while NFC is only within 10 cm.

4. RFID can only conduct one-way communication (from tag to reader), and NFC can conduct two-way communication. In addition, NFC can only scan one label at a time, while RFID can scan multiple labels at a time. This should be the most significant difference between RFID and NFC.

5. In terms of data reading and writing, RFID can write data into tags with special equipment. In general, NFC data can be read and written from tags or locked as read-only. Extracting data from RFID tags usually requires expensive card readers, while NFC data reading is relatively simple and much cheaper. Now most smart phones are equipped with NFC reading function.
